Go on a run
Running is fun; we should go for more runs.
When you go on a run you have to go outside unless you use a treadmill. But on your run or hike or walk or whatever you want to do, you usually pass at least one person how might need your help or support.
I’m not saying, stop that person and get there life story, but instead just smile or wave or say “hi”. Every little bit helps, we as humans we want acknowledgment, if we give that to each other, we can help strengthen each other.
One way to gain moral strength is to affect others in a positive way, and let others affect us in the same way.
We need to go for a run!!
