The Hulk
The Hulk is that big buff green guy on TV. The story that I heard is that before the Hulk was the Hulk he was a scientist who was in a lab accident. In the movies it acts like he was an experiment that became too dangerous.
Whatever the reason, the Hulk is probably the easiest superhero to become and understand.
The Hulk is basically a scientist who accidently got something in his DNA that changes him when he gets to excited or angry. Throughout the movie he is looking for a solution. But, during the end of the movie he learns he can’t completely get rid of that problem, so he begins to learn how to control it.
In life, we are going to get angry. It’s just part of human nature, when someone hurts you, you get angry, and that’s just how it is. The problem is what we do with that anger.
In the movie the Hulk used his anger to destroy, but as he learned to control it, as he did meditation and other calming activities, he learned to control it and use that anger for good.
Individually, anger is a big problem in all of our lives. The question is how are we going to react to that anger? Are we going to give in? Are we going to let our anger control us, or are we going to control it?
